In this page you can find what I do in terms of diet and fitness, and what has worked for me so far.
I've spent years trying to find a diet that works for me (in terms of controlling apetite, mood and energy).
Tracking body weight has helped dramatically understand how my body works.
I use a Body+ Withings body scale (not sponsored - just good). It is not 100% accurate, but the trend is, which is the most important part.
The following graph plots my latest body measurements coming straight from my body scale and is automatically updated.
I travel a lot and I needed a diet that is dead simple, so that I can stick to in most countries.
Grab a frying pan, place on medium heat (6/9 if electric oven). Put the butter and let it melt. Dice the onion and veggies and put on fire until golden. Crack open the eggs on a bowl and whisk until smooth. Put the whisked eggs into the frying pan. Stir the mixture clockwise, from outside to inside, slowly. Keep stiring until you have creamy scrambled eggs. The final result should be creamy eggs, so make sure to remove it from fire before all the liquid is gone.
Preheat airfryer at 180°C (356°F). Season chicken (both sides) with salt, pepper. Sometimes I add garlic powder as well, but not required. Cook for 10 minutes, flip and cook for 10 more minutes. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, serve on a dish with the chicken. I often serve it with some low calorie sause, such as sriracha.
Put all ingredients in a shaker, shake, serve. I don't use milk as I like the flavor of protein powder I have. I don't like having a big bag of whey everywhere I go, so the current bag I have might be the last one and replace this meal with something else.
This meal I often eat the same as #2. Sometimes I would change the type of protein with something else. Instead of 🐓 chicken I might do 🐄 beef or 🐠 salmon, around the same portion.
